I very happy with my purchase. Messages were always answered in a timely manner. Shipped fairly fast and was packaged very carefully to protect the product. Table is solid and the wood quality is beautiful. Very nice piece to have! I’m waiting on an end table now to match.

This is a great table made from a really beautiful piece of wood. The legs were easy to attach—they did ship separately, so I’m glad I read about that on the store’s page. I’m very happy with this purchase.

This table is beautiful; the black walnut has depth of grain, and is beautifully constructed. The finish is smooth and silky. Communication is quick and friendly. Packaging is excellent. I am thrilled with my new coffee table.

The table is beautiful however it arrived with a small gash on the front side (top) of the table. I contacted customer service and received an immediate response and the problem was taken care of. Great company will work with them again!

We just received this beautiful table and could not be happier! It is so well made and easy to assemble with all of the components, down to the screws, being of great quality. At first we were told that there was going to be quite a delay in shipping and was given a discount but in the end they figured it out and the table was only a few days late. Great customer service, artisanship, and integrity- highly recommend!

Great looking coffee table and c-tables! I really like the wood finish and the powder coated legs are well executed. My only gripe is I have very minor scratches on the tops of both c-tables. Barely noticeable and fortunate considering the beating the shipping boxes received.

I literally went to 9 furniture stores looking for a small rectangular table not oversized for the smallish area in front our chaise couch before finding this 36" answer. Nothing I saw in stores really compares to it for the quality and the price. Because I had a question, I also had a brief phone interaction with their customer service representative who responded promptly. Arrival sooner than expected. Great experience and product, fairly priced and ethically made with environmentally friendly wood. A feel-good purchase! Would definitely recommend.

Overall, a great piece of furniture and the service and packaging were excellent. My only hesitation was that the wood planks at the top looked manufactured and didn't have the warmth or feel of original, authentic wood. Maybe it's the varnish/coating used over the wood pieces. I also wished the adjacent wood pieces were more cohesive in design. The patterning was too discordant for me and looked too much like my hardwood floor so for aesthetic reasons it turned out not to my liking. I also didn't like the thick, chunky legs for design reasons. I appreciated the seller's timeliness and fairly reasonable prices so I chose not to return it after I put the table together, but my search for the perfect coffee table continues. This table would look great where the look of finished, dark hardwood matches their setting.

The table came extremely well packaged. The box was damaged but not a mark on the table. My only disappointment was the table had a crack in the wood and it was not smooth. I can feel the ridge. I also wouldn’t have picked it out for myself as it had one little blonde spot. On the other hand, it’s hand made. It’s not perfect; it’s unique. I’m choosing to embrace the imperfections. I like knots and gnarls in wood. It is beautiful wood. Also, Two of the screws could not be used. One was deformed and the other had a rounded head. There are eight screws. It won’t fall apart missing two screws. Ill enjoy the table with its imperfections, just like us humans.

I had issues receiving my table damaged….the table itself, size, grain, craftsmanship etc was lovely but it had obvious damage that warranted it unusable. I did not want a partial credit. Sarah was very helpful and a 2nd table was issued. Unfortunately, the 2nd table was discolored on the underside, ok but the topside had 2 cracks. This also would have been a lovely table. We both agreed at this point to refund my monies. Sarah was very helpful and maintained excellent communication. The seller felt it was due to the delivery people on my end. As a management consultant by trade, it is critical to deal with honest companies willing to stand behind their product. Things do happen outside of our control and Riverside stood behind their product and did the right thing. I would still recommend them.

It appears they only use one size of legs so on the smallest size they appear a bit large. But for the price this really is rock solid and well made. A huge upgrade from any particleboard or veneered pieces

It took a while to get to the point that we could set up our table but it looks great! There was a spot that got dented in shipping but it’s small enough that we’re not willing to go through the hassle to send back for a replacement. I in.

The craftsmanship is excellent, and the quality of the materials is impeccable. Putting it together was easy. But I suggest you use a power drill to fasten the bolts in place and take it slow. It is a beautiful piece of furniture.

Beautiful, well-built, and well-designed! We were so happy with the first coffee table that, upon realizing our new living room was larger than we had visualized, we ordered a second table within 5 minutes and are so happy we did. Together, they center the room with warmth and sophistication. The wood is stunning. The steel legs are minimal and assume a supporting role for the walnut. Overall, they are simple and elegant. Packaging was deliberate, thoughtful, and wall-executed. This craftsperson takes his work seriously. Both pieces arrived without any damage and earlier than scheduled.
