Do you accept returns and exchanges ?

We do not accept exchanges. However, if there is no damage to your order, you are welcome to return it at your own expense within 14 days of it being delivered. Please make sure to either use the original packing material or have the items professionally packed by UPS or FedEx. After the items have been successfully processed back into our inventory, we will issue you a full refund or a full refund minus the cost of shipping if we provided the shipping labels

Where is/are my other package/s ?

Yes, we apologize for the confusion. Sometimes our e-commerce site fails to receive all tracking numbers from our fulfillment team. They receive the first and immediately mark the order as complete which prevents the other/s from coming through. If you would like tracking information for your other package/s, please send us a message and we will gladly provide those additional tracking numbers.

How do I clean and/or treat my tabletop ?

Clean your tabletop using a rag or paper towel with warm water and a splash of detergent. For any grime that has built up, use the back side of a sponge to target the area then continue cleaning with the rag or paper towel as normal.

There is no need for maintenance/treatment.

Are the tabletops made from one slab?

Our tables are made up of kiln-dried boards that we mill and edge glue (usually 2-5 pieces per table). We compose the individual boards so that they are composed in a way that we feel is most aesthetically pleasing. Using individual boards also helps prevent warping.

Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?

We are currently unable to ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

What are your shipping and processing times? Can I cancel my order?

We pride ourselves on fast processing and shipping. Orders begin processing within an hour, so cancellations are only accepted within the first hour after purchase. After that, we may have already printed the shipping label and started processing.

If you need to cancel, contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t been processed yet.
