Undamaged items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We can provide prepaid return shipping labels for items returned in their original packaging. If your item is packed by UPS or FedEx, you will need to arrange and pay for return shipping directly.
Packaging requirements
Please keep all packaging until you have fully inspected your item. Returns must be sent back in the original packaging, or professionally packed by UPS or FedEx if the original packaging is no longer available. Professional packing is significantly more expensive than reusing the box your item arrived in, and that cost is the customer’s responsibility, so holding onto the packaging until you are satisfied with your piece can save you a considerable amount.
Refunds
Once the return is received and processed without damage, a full refund will be issued. If we provided the return label, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. If there are circumstances that make that difficult, contact us before shipping and we will work with you.
Warranty
All Keelan Scott products are covered by a 50-day warranty from the date of delivery. This covers shipping damage, natural wood cracking, and other defects that develop during normal use. If you notice an issue within 50 days, contact us and we will work with you on a resolution. If something comes up after the 50 days, reach out anyway. We look at those individually and will tell you honestly what we can do.
Motorized standing desk frames are covered for life. That warranty does not expire.

Understanding wood variations - what should I expect?
As with all pieces made from real wood, there will be differences in grain patterns, knots, color variations, and texture. While we strive for consistency, these characteristics are inherent to the uniqueness of each individual piece and are not considered defects. If you have any specific concerns about the quality or functionality of your item, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will do our best to address them.
I only received tracking information for one package in my multi-package order - what should I do?
With orders containing two or more packages, our system sometimes fails to send more than one tracking number. Therefore, you will only receive tracking for one of your packages. If this happens, please send us a message, and we will provide you with the tracking information for your other packages.
Are the tabletops made from one slab?
Our tables are made up of kiln-dried boards that we mill and edge glue (usually 2-5 pieces per table). We compose the individual boards so that they are composed in a way that we feel is most aesthetically pleasing. Using individual boards also helps prevent warping!
What are your shipping and processing times? Can I cancel my order?
We pride ourselves on fast processing and shipping. Orders begin processing within an hour, so cancellations are only accepted within the first hour after purchase. After that, we may have already printed the shipping label and started processing.
If you need to cancel, contact us immediately, and we'll do our best to help if the order hasn't been processed yet.
